Managed Wallet API does not apply SDL bid limits properly when using denom uakt

**Describe the bug**
A user reported having set a price limit of 55 uakt/block when using the managed wallet API and got bids for 26 USDC*10^-6 which is approximately 80 uakt/block at the time of writing. Likely this issue is happening because the denom is automatically changed but the price is not translated to the USDC equivalent when this happens.
