HTML-escaped entities on briefing categories

Describe the bug
The HTML entity on the news feed category (check screenshot) is displayed literally instead of the character, resulting in & being showing instead of &.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce:

1. Import a news feed to your briefing — In my case I used Space.com, with the following link: space.com/feeds.xml
2. The categories displayed at the top of the news story showcase the bug.

Expected behaviour
The & was escaped to & but then displayed literally instead of being decoded.
