Have all dependencies installed. Can load a factory image with .adbtool.py -a "path/to/fw.zip"
Afterwards, using "-l" shows:

Edit:
Fixed it.
Do this:
pip install adb==1.2.0

Latest version fastboot 1.3.0 is throwing errors.
