generate randomized particle coordinates?

Hi Alex,

This looks really useful! I'd like to use it to run some tests to check the convergence radius of refinement/classification for recentering starting from mis-centered picks. I was wondering to facilitate this if it would be worthwhile adding the capacity to output, alongside the ground truth coordinates, a file with coordinates randomly displaced by a certain distance (or range of distances)?

also - how does VirtualIce deal with per-particle defocus? does it simulate orientation-dependent defocus gradients within a particle, and displacement from the mean buffer mic defocus to simulate particle distribution in Z?
