[Feature Request] Allow the use of alternate API endpoints

It'd be cool to allow the use of other API endpoints for this plugin, such as Azure hosted AI or a locally hosted OpenAPI compatible system (There's a few out now based on Llama models). It should be as simple as having a setting that defaults to the openai domain but can be set to anything else.
