问题

目前 .ice 目录下临时文件在开启 tsChecker 后会被检测，但其中包含了 any 的类型声明
对于开启了 tsconfig.json 中配置 "noImplicitAny": "true" 的场景将无法通过 ts 检查

期望

临时目录下的规范和用户配置规则可能存在差异，希望能够提供对应的配置来忽略临时目录
