Difficulties in setting up the program #10

Please tell me what am I doing wrong?
This code is copied from https://lhapdf.hepforge.org/install.html
I removed the comments from the code but it gives an error.
i tried to install with lhapdf-5.9.1.tar.gz version on Fortran but also run into an error.
I would be grateful if someone could help
