[🐞 BUG] openrouter API key disappears silently

Describe the bug
entered openrouter API disappears

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• adding openrouter API key
• selecting model
• getting 'verified'
• actual dictation (Obsidian)
• text never pasted in context
• opening Fluid voice → API key previously entered disappered

Expected behavior
use openrouter and selected model to process the text and paste it in current context app

Environment:

• macOS Version: 26.5
• App Version: latest
• Architecture: Apple Silicon - M3
