I used to like the "ColorfulTabs.uc.js" very much! It makes the tabs very eye-catching and easy to distinguish, as shown below:
But later, with the update of Firefox, it became invalid and there was no subsequent maintenance. I thought it was no longer possible to achieve this effect in dark mode and Lepton-Proton theme. for this reason that I gradually lost the motivation to use Firefox as my main browser.

I wonder if you would be willing to make one more small improvement, which is add a option to color the unselected tabs too, but use a dim background color and font color to distinguish between selected and unselected, and this may also avoid the problem that your extension currently causes color slight flickering when switching tabs.
