Data extraction for external use

Hi,

Is it possible to extract the data OctoPrint-Stats generates? We'd like to pull the data into an external source for us to use in reporting tools.

FYI: there's an ioBroker plugin available. I'm pulling my printer stats directly from Octoprint into my ioBroker instance and visualize from there.
