issue with WinSCP and trying to establish connection.

I'm having trouble with the device trying to connect to WinSCP via IP address. I followed this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o1QBUB5LbjY&t=508s and had even converted the key file to a .ppk. However, when i attepmt to login it shows me this

You should be connecting to 169.254.6.1 - not sure why you're trying 169.254.8.11?
