Unresponsive when TracePoints are in a tight loop

Repo

1. Write some code that has a tight loop (e.g. a simple for loop) (some code attached)
   ConsoleApp1.zip

2. Add a TracePoint

3. Open the TracePoint window

4. Run the code

Expected
TracePooints messages come in but the tool window is still responsive.

Actual
TracePoint window is not responsive.
