Date picker popup - year not updating on Edge

Bug description:

This issue only occurs on the Edge browser.
I am using the date picker popup in month only mode. When I click the arrows to go back or forward one year the year label in the middle does not change. When I select a month afterwards it does select the right year, so the issue is only that the year label does not update correctly.

Version of Angular, UIBS, and Bootstrap

Angular: 1.5.2
UIBS: 1.2.5
Bootstrap: 3.3.6 (Bootstrap-SASS)

Fixed by setting the year label to opacity: .99;

Something weird was happening with the stacking order on IE and Edge.
