Bootstrap input-sm and input-lg don't set the correct height.

It seems like the height of the ui-select element is not being set correctly when applying Bootstrap input-sm and input-lg. Moreover, when input-sm is used and a tag is added the height jump from 27px to 29px. See the Plnkr example below.

I see the problem, what what the outcome you excpected for this problem?

I was expecting that using Bootstrap theme works with Bootstrap classes. So for input-sm height should be 30px and for input-lg it should be 46px.

You wrap the ui-select with an element that has class input-group-sm
