Steppers: enable showing all steps right away

Feature Description

For Steppers, add a switch/option that would allow showing all the steps right away.

Currently this can be only done with .css overwriting. This is not an elegant solution.

Use Case

Example 1 : using steppers as simplified process flow.
Example 2 : separation of form areas (in case complex forms, very useful) with additional stepper, marking completion of steps.
Example 3: for printing / pdf generation of a view.
