bug(radio): White dot in the middle of the active radio button

Description

The active radio button shows a white dot of 1px.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on the radio button with Option 1
2. See the white dot in the selected button

Expected Behavior

The dot should not be there.

Actual Behavior

The active radio button shows a white dot of 1px.

Environment

• Angular: 20
• CDK/Material: 20.0.4
• Browser(s): Chrome, Edge, Firefox
• Operating System (e.g. Windows, macOS, Ubuntu): Tested on Windows

I wasn't able to reproduce it against Safari and Firefox on a Mac. It's possible that it's either Windows-specific or some extension is interfering with our styles.

I tested it without extensions. Should be a Windows specific problem then. The computed values look suspicious.

Can you confirm that your zoom level is 100% when you observe this?

Yes. But good point. I only get this bug on my laptop, but not on my desktop screen. Seems like it has something to do with resolutions.

Desktop 1920 x 1080 DPR: 1
Laptop 1536 x 960 DPR: 1.25
