Fitness Routine Creation:
Users must create a routine consisting of four exercises:
Squats
Pushups
Lunges
Planks
The system will guide users through completing the entire routine.
Repetition Counting & Timed Holding:
For Squats, Pushups, and Lunges, the system will automatically count the repetitions.
For Planks, the system will measure the time the user holds the position.
Once the required repetitions or time for an exercise is completed, it will be marked as complete, and the user will be prompted to move on to the next exercise.
