Browser regression: scrollbar missing in alpha 5

Before alpha 5, AnkiDroid's browser had a scrollbar on the right side. This is helpful when you want to quickly scroll to the bottom/ middle/ anywhere else among hundreds/thousands of cards.

In alpha 5, the scrollbar is absent. So, it takes much more time to scroll up/down.
