Tuning Watershed

I've been using the available images and models, tuning parameters, and turning on watershed helps deal with some synapses which are close together. I run into issues where watershed acts unpredictably

The pink synapse is being cut up, which one would expect, but the yellow one ends up hyper segmented. Any tips for refining 'Apply Watershed's behavior?

So it occurs to me the window does in fact update when you toggle 'Apply Watershed', but even when saving with such values on the GUI and re-running '3D ROI Detection', I'm not getting the same view as I'd expected based on the colored representation in the segments. The Image outside the window is based on the settings inside of it, and the window was reopened after applying settings and re-running '3D ROI Detection'. The actual ROIs end up much more segmented. Not sure if I am doing something wrong.

I am sorry for not replying earlier - I wasn't noticed by Github. I will look into this! Thanks for raising this issue!
