gpt-5.1-codex-max is missing in the OpenRouter connector

Description

When using OpenRouter, openai/gpt-5.1-codex-max is not available as an option.

I’ve used opencode models --refresh and it still isn’t available. I definitely have access to this model and it can be seen on https://openrouter.ai/api/v1/models.

In #5248 the model was missing from Azure. Here, it’s missing from OpenRouter.
