No ISA Header

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Handle X12 messages (to object conversion) when there is no ISA header 
present. 
2. Extend the X12Parser? 
3. Override the parse method, Create the context without SegmentSeparator, with 
default element separator, without Composite Element separator.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Able to create the x12 Cf Object, however, getting null value for the last 
element certains.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Downloaded the latest 1.0 jar as well.
