RFE allow/deny based on target network IP

I'd like to propose the feature to allow/deny network access based on network IP.

Because in general I'm more concerned about access to private networks, I don't care so much about white listing public domain names.

btw, also an option to disable network isolation altogether will be helpful whenever database servers need to be accessed, that generally will not allow being accessed over a http proxy.
