Computer Use getting "127.0.0.1 refused to connect." and "localhost refused to connect." from http://localhost:8080

Hi,

I followed the steps in the computer-use-demo folder on a GCP virtual machine and successfully got to the step ➡️ Open http://localhost:8080 in your browser to begin

But when I open the link, I cannot see any content. At the same time, there is no error message on the terminal. Here is my vm settings:

• e2-standard-4(4 vCPU, 2core, 16 GB memory)
• Firewall—Allow HTTP traffic and Allow HTTPS traffic
• IP forwarding—Enable

Please let me know if more information is required. Thank you for any insights in advance!

I tried what is suggested here #120 (comment) but I am still not able to fix the problem.
