Operating System: Lubuntu 18.04.5
Operating System Language: German

Endless buffering until timeout?

Steps to Reproduce

Play https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1263143821 and skip past 26:30:00

I think this is a really old bug, I remember stumbling into this years ago on long GDQ videos, but I forgot about it.

There was this problem xbmc/xbmc#17907, but it has been fixed in Kodi v19. xbmc/xbmc#18793
