LTC addresses should only save when they are valid LTC addresses #22
Description
Right now, the app checks the addresses that the user inputs for many coins, but not for LTC.

When the user taps "Paste," the app allows the user to paste in anything, valid LTC address or otherwise!

When the user taps "Scan," the app allows the user to scan any QR code, valid LTC address or otherwise!
This enhancement would enable the user to receive a helpful error message when he scans the wrong thing:
- "Invalid LTC address"
Valid LTC addresses:
- start with an L, M, or 3, or ltc1
