CECH-4003C (NPX-001) power's off after 4-6 seconds

hi I'm trying to mod my ps3 superslim cech-4003c nor confirmed board is npx-001
when i remove all the wires everything works as soon as i put the wires even without the pico installed it turns on after like 20-40 seconds it shuts off no led no anything i press the red led came on and again
when i installed the pico the light is soled when i turn on after like 5 seconds it shuts off and the pico is flashing during the seconds
i tried every things magnet wires thick wires medium wires the ground is soo short everythings soldered correctly in the correct places i 1 thousand checked everything

No LED is a sign that you damaged your CMD/CLK resistors. Also you should post pictures of your board so we can see if there's more damage
