Inline typing for Requests

Hey there 👋

We're adding inline types to Requests (psf/requests#7272), targeting a release in the coming week(s).

I'm attempting to validate/migrate a subset of projects ahead of that release to ensure a smooth transition. Apache Airflow has been added to that list, and I've started trying to catalog Requests usage throughout the project. It seems spread across several providers so I'm looking for assistance in identifying the right place(s) to make updates to validate typing.

We currently have a pre-release (2.34.0.dev1) available on PyPI. If you can point me in the right direction, I can start verifying if any changes are needed. Please let me know if you need any other info.

I've made a branch on my fork with the pre-release. It looks like Mypy Provider Checks are passing. If I can get confirmation that's the main place this should be checked, we can close this out as a no-op.
