problem

The servers have a connection to the control network using VLAN. CloudStack does not allow adding these servers.

The steps to reproduce the bug

Setup XCP-ng with VLAN management network
Try to add to the CloudStack
Get error - Unsupported configuration. Management network is on a VLAN.

What to do about it?

Disable VLAN check
plugins/hypervisors/xenserver/src/main/java/com/cloud/hypervisor/xenserver/resource/wrapper/xenbase/CitrixSetupCommandWrapper.java
