array_repeat test causes GitHub workflow to fail when running against Spark 4 #1776

Describe the bug
We recently started seeing the Comet Spark 4 tests failing due to a GitHub error on all PRs.
Skipping the test in #1774 gets the builds working again but we need to debug this and understand what the issue is.
