[JXR-184] Source Xref site page not showing all classes

The Source Xref report is not showing all classes in all-classes-frame.html, package-frame.html and package-summary.html. The problem seems to be related to  the SuppressWarning annotation. When multiple warnings are suppressed, the class is not included in the above pages.
