For example, when I created a vote with a multisig address, it shows the vote as being created by 0x8eF… instead of Token Manager 0x8eF.

Completed as part of 0.8. We currently substitute the name of the app, rather than using an AppBadge, but this will be done in aragon/aragon-apps#1040.
