Problem with device registration on the Arduino Cloud Brick on the Arduino Uno Q

I'm trying really hard to make the "Blinking led from arduino cloud" work but no matter what I do, the brick configuration doesn't seem to register correctly the id and password I give. When I click on the "save" button, it doesn't work and when I come back later there's no id nor password anymore stored into the brick configuration.

Thanks you in advance for fixing the issue and/or helping me out if I do things incorrectly.
