Added Functionality To Change Text Color With HTML

I'm new to obsidian, github, and with JS. I have been using HTML to color text, but copy-pasting the prefix and suffix parts is tedious. There was a forum post pointing to this github project since it has hotkey functionality. So I downloaded it and added in some JS code (below) to allow pasting the necessary HTML before and after selected text. It's pretty clunky, but might be useful for others.
