This isn't strictly necessary since we get wallet ID from wallet metadata, but once we know the address we can look up on-chain identity for things like the user's Web site or Discord ID.

Note: currently on-chain IDs in xx Network Wallet only allow the old-style Discord ID. That should be modified to allow 2024-style IDs to eliminate the need for additional Discord API queries.
