I tested this in a Sandbox. The separate installer packages do restrict to the correct architecture, however the arm installer doesn't include an native ARM64 binary for the program.

I never expected that this wouldn’t be a native ARM version. Is there a native ARM-based downloader on Windows on ARM that works similarly to IDM?

Looks like it might be an issue with their auto build
