A proofreader pointed out that the first diagram after reaching (for example) 100 was confusing and looked strange because the moves proceeded with 100, 1, 2, 3.
He suggested maintaining the three digit stone labels for the remainder of that diagram for consistency and dropping back to one/two digit stone labels in the next diagram and thereafter.
I don't think resolving this issue is essential for publishing the book (we'd be ok without fixing this), but it might be a nice finishing touch if there's enough time. Also, I don't really feel strongly about this, so let me know what you think.
