Support for SmartGo Books format

I'd like to have a go at integrating SmartGo books format as an output format for GPub and also potentially as an input format.

We only talked about an output format before, but recently as a result of some other conversations I've realized that an input format might be even more useful. SmartGo Books has a growing number of ebook only titles in its library, so there are a number of practically finished books that could potentially be published in print.

Before going ahead with this, we should talk to Anders and make sure he's happy with the plan because we expect that GPub will be open source later. I don't want to do anything which would undercut his work and potentially make it too easy for people to pirate his ebooks.

However, before that I'd also appreciate your opinion on whether you think the scope of this project is bigger than I might expect at the moment.

There's no reason we couldn't have it a 'private' module for gpub for the time being. In any case, it sounds like a big project.
