Henning Dekant is the author and expert about this. Send him a message. If you are in a hurry, this comes installed in our Bayesforge.com, which is free for one year if you use the free tier. Also, you can take out a free tier account on AWS for every member of your family. Amazon doesn't seem to care |
@Joseplz Could you resolve the issue? I seem to run into a similar issue since only support are for 3.5 and 3.6. |
I'm very sorry but I don't have time to fix it. Unfortunately, our company
artiste-qb.net failed and I (Robert Tucci) rarely work on quantum computing
nowadays. This was all written by Henning Dekant. You could try asking him
for help. Alternatively, you could try to make your own python port of
the lapack function cuncsd following the same strategy as in the repo. The
repo has enough details that you can back-engineer it without too much
pain for a unix device (it's more difficult to do for a window's device, but I admit to being biased and hating Windows.)
Regards,
Robert R. Tucci
