Update codex app server to bring new codex features

read this and other codex app serve docs, update ours to latest version and make sure we have l the new stuff to maek codex app server closer to codex's own desktop app and their codex cli. I want all the features in ade. Hypothetically this should mean that ade code should be as good and have the same things as codex cli, and ade chat in desktop app should be the same with the codex desktop app
