To power the new AF3 UI, we need to run the new FastAPI server (airflow fastapi-api ) locally.

  • Determine the best place to run this server and why (process of the webserver container? separate container?)
  • Make changes depending on the runtime version
  • Coordinate with @iancmoritz to write new docs for how this
