No GUI when trying to run 1.9.1 in EndeavourOS

No visible window appears when starting GlacierKit_1.9.1_amd64.AppImage in EndeavourOS (Arch distro).

Reproduction steps

1. Try to start GK.
2. Wait.
3. Nothing happens.

Expected behaviour

I expected the editor to run the same way 1.9.0 ran.

Observed behaviour

The AppImage and glacier-kit both appear in the running processes, but there's no visible window. Version 1.9.0 didn't have this problem.

Additional context

All these packages mentioned on Discord are up to date: appmenu-gtk-module webkit2gtk base-devel curl wget file openssl gtk2 gtk3 libappindicator-gtk3 librsvg libvips.

The console suggests that the backend (API) is running, but the frontend isn't able to launch or communicate with it.

A similar issue here was recently resolved, which looks promising.

That's what I pieced together from looking at the logs. That, and GK occasionally contacts an Australian IP address.

Hopefully the same fix they found will work for GK.
