suggestion: rename 'esp32' files to 'esp32-s3' to reduce confusion

additionally, the esp32-s3-wroom-2 (as pictured) modules specifically are the modules that use octal PSRAM.
the "-1" modules do not. The warning bubble could be clearer. sorry, I was looking at an older revision datasheet that didn't include the octal PSRAM versions of the WROOM-1 modules
