Description

Updates Cloudflare snippets in the quickstarts and How To's, as well as organizes the pre-reqs a bit further in snippets so that we can indicate them more selectively.

No need to change, but to avoid the need for so many excludes in the future, maybe it makes sense to start using

or similar and then have a single ignore run for things that have such variables. This seems a common pattern in the docs repo today:
