Description
Describe the bug
The sidebar navigation collapses all sections whenever you click on an article link. This forces users to repeatedly re-expand sections while browsing the documentation.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to the BTABoK site
- Expand a sidebar section (e.g., "Engagement Model")
- Click on any article within that section
- Observe that the sidebar collapses after the page loads
Expected behavior
The sidebar should remember which sections were expanded and keep them open when navigating between pages. The section containing the current article should always be expanded.

Additional context
Root cause: The navgoco jQuery plugin was configured with save: false and accordion: true, which prevented state persistence and only allowed one section open at a time. Fix available in PR Iasa-Global#110.
