概要

interceptor で全ての metadata をリクエストスコープに格納する
リクエストスコープの値を HandlerWrapper で利用する
その他、呼び出された API 名などもリクエストスコープに格納することで、アクセスログを HandlerWrapper で出せるようにしたい
