We have identified an issue in this release where Application Signals metrics derived from Unsampled OTel spans are incomplete. This is due to span attributes missing from these OTel Unsampled Spans after they're processed by the custom sampler. As a result, some metrics dimensions (such as LocalOperation, RemoteOperation, RemoteService, etc.) are being populated with "Unknown" values.
