The Cloudwatch alarm to recover the instance (pull/5) is not present in the deployed version that is created from here: https://aws.amazon.com/quickstart/architecture/github-enterprise/

That is, this file is out of date: https://s3.amazonaws.com/quickstart-reference/github/enterprise/latest/templates/quickstart-github-enterprise.template
