Amazon DCV Licensing

FPGA's current documentation states "Any popups about not having a license may be safely ignored. This is a known issue with DCV." This is incorrect. DCV on EC2 is licensed by granting access to its regional licensing S3 bucket. If you do not provide an IAM profile with the proper permissions to the EC2 DCV server, after 30 days it will stop working. You can find licensing guidance for EC2 in the DCV Administrator guide.
