IOT Commands Support

Hello,
I was wondering if there is any guidance on how to write a client that consumes the new IOT Commands feature? Documentation online seems pretty sparse.

Commands support hasn't been released yet, it is still a WIP.

We're working on new clients for all the MQTT services that should be much easier to use. My guess is that they may both be released around the same time, which is looking to be 2-3 months away.
