would like to know if the solution can scan images - .Jpeg, .png

Hi, Am trying to integrate the solution over a new feature in our system. we are looking for scanning solutions to scan the pictures/ images / screenshots sent to AWS S3 buckets before processing further down the line.

Came across the integration of Clamscan from AWS blogs, but unable to find exact details so raising the question here. does the solution would help me in scanning pictures as well before processing further.

we are looking for scanning of these types of files - '"image/jpg", "image/jpeg", "image/png", "image/heic", "application/pdf"'

The solution can scan any file types ClamAV supports. I have not personally tested with image/heic, but I can confirm that the other types do successfully get scanned.
